Abstrakt
Research conducted on burnt areas in Rudy Raciborskie and Potrzebowice Forest Districts has shown that height increment of pine plantations depended on the extent of soil degradation due to fire as well as site type and regeneration method. The health condition of trees can be defined as a good one. Damages due to insects and fungi do not seem to represent any important menace for the forest further development. Significant damages of trees caused by deer were recorded only in Rudy Raciborskie Forest District.
