The prevelance of fungi on pine trunks (Pinus sylvestris L.) within the wounds occured during thinning
Mycological analysis of injuries occuring in pine trees during late thinnings in pine stands was presented. The characteristic of fungal communities isolated from injuries was described. The results of an assessment of the threat to pine by root pathogens such as Armillaria spp. and Heterobasidion annosum (Fr.) Bref. within the studied plots were also shown.
